All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment warehouse and delivered anywhere within the United States.
Payments must be verified before shipping. Orders with incorrect or incomplete information may experience delays.

Processing Time
We process and prepare orders within:

During holidays or periods of high demand, processing may take up to 2–3 business days, but this is rare.
Once an order begins processing, we cannot make any changes, including address modifications.
Shipping Schedule
We ship orders Monday through Friday.
No shipments are processed or handed to carriers on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Tracking Information
All orders include a tracking number.
You will receive your tracking link via email once your order leaves our facility.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control may extend delivery times.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Versay™ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier and file a claim.
We rely on the carrier’s scan records and delivery timestamps for verification.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Because we begin processing orders immediately, we cannot modify or retrieve orders once they enter the shipping workflow.
Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.
